An 18th Century converted water mill nestling in the borreze valley, in the Perigord Noir. This large comfortable Gite is ideal for several families or for couples looking to escape to the french countryside. Set in its own 32 acres of woodland and pasture it is well situated for walking, cycling, birdwatching and for exploring both the Dordogne and the Lot. It has it's own private salt water pool. Inside it has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 1 is a double room and 4 have a double bed and a mezzine with 2 singles, all rooms have their own shower and separate toilet. It has a well equiped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and wishwasher. There is a large dining room with a wood burner. A lounge with TV, HIFI, DVD Player. A laundry with washing machine and dryer and ironing board and iron. The Gite has central heating. Outside there is dining furniture on the terrace, table tennis, badminton and swimming pool.
