Villa Palmera is situated in the exclusive Villamartin area close to four golf courses. The detached villa sleeps up to 8 people. The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living area with seating for 6. This area leads onto a large sweeping balcony that surrounds the villa and has a table, chairs and built in barbecue. This balcony overlooks the pool. The verandas are furnished with a table and chairs. Underneath the front veranda is the large carport The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including refrigerator, freezer, microwave, hob, toaster and kettle. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine. The dining room leads off from the kitchen where there is a table and dining seating for 6.

There are three bedrooms (a double and two twins) with fitted wardrobes, adjustable shutters and fly screens. Each bedroom has a fan with variable speed control. The master double bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a double sofa bed in the living area. One of the bedrooms is in the basement which is a self contained unit with ensuite and separate living area. The basement is accessed from a door on the veranda. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. The villa has a private swimming pool and patio area that is furnished with 6 sun-loungers and a parasol. Additional features of the property include Sky TV, CD player, DVD, radio, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a cot, high chair and baby walker. Linen, bath and hand towels are provided but not beach towels. The beach is a short drive from the villa and the bars and restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk. A car is recommended.
