Our new apartment is in the seaside town of Armacao de Pera. set in the sunny central Algarve it is a golfer’s paradise and a family favourite. The apartment is situated on the second floor in a private complex and is located centrally to the town. It is 3-4 mins away from the beach, centre of town, supermarkets and tourist office. It is about 4 mins away from the bus station and can accommodate up to 6 people. While staying with us you will have access to the swimming pool and underground car park. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The living area has a large sofa bed There is a TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. There is also a selection of games to keep the kids amused The master bedroom has a king-size bed whilst the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

Notes to the rental rates

• Bookings can be made via telephone or email. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or paypal. A deposit of £100 is required when booking. (I will hold inital booking for a period of 3 days in order for you to book flights etc.) The balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
  A breakage deposit of £100 is required with balance and is totally refunded at the end of your holiday within a week, after key return and apartment inspection is complete.

Ideally situated for Family Holidays

Because the apartment is central to town and has its own swimming pool in the complex it is ideally suited for families. The large pool area is enclosed and is only accessed by key. The apartment block itself can only be accessed by key or entry phone in the apartment, so its completely secure for a worry-free holiday! I can recommend Zoomarine for a family day out. Also Aqualand is a great family day out and both these attractions are nearby, so no need for costly transportation, The buses go from the town straight to both attractions. The bus station also links to other towns of interest, Albufeira, Silves etc. Additional information on these and other locations is available from the Tourist Office which is approx. 300 metres from complex.

Beautiful Beaches

The beach in Amercao de Pera is one of the longest beach in the Algarve. It has a lifeguard on duty in high season. Parasols and sunbeds are available for hire locally. There are plenty of good restaurants on the beach fronts particularly on the Fisherman's beach area where you can get reasonably priced fish dishes caught the same day. There are a lot of coves to explore.

Golfers Paradise

The Algarve is famous for its Golf courses where you can play all year round in the beautiful sunshine. The apartment is within easy access to all of the golf courses, all you have to do is bring your clubs!!
