Experience the magic of staying in one of Puglia's enchanting Trullo's. This trullo is situated approximately 10 minutes drive from the local towns of San Michele Salentino and Francavilla Fontana. The property is a Trullo/ Lamia combination giving you the charm of the Trullo and the modern space of a Lamia. The location is quiet as the Trullo is set in 5 acres of olive grove. The surrounding land not only has mature and young olive trees but many fruit trees as well. Guests are welcome to sample seasonal fruits straight off the trees during their stay. The location is ideal for those who are visiting Puglia for the first time as many of the local towns and sights are only a short drive away. As well as a fully equipped modern kitchen there is a separate enclosed kitchen with fridge and forno a legno for guests to test out their Jamie Oliver skills! The property has its own swimming pool (June to Sept) with terrace. 15% reduction on normal rental rates for September 09.

The Trullo is ideally located for reaching the local Puglian towns of Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and the lesser known town of Francavilla Fontana which has a superb mix of architecture, restaurants and bars. It also has a Saturday morning market which is famous for shoes! Whilst providing peace and a chance to escape from lifes stresses, the property's location is only a short drive from the shopping centres in Messagne ie Auchan and Carrfour which are on the Brindisi-Taranto highway. However, if you want to shop the traditional Puglian way, then San Michele Salentino with its restaurants, bakers, butchers, fish mongers, cafes and wine shops is less than 10 minutes drive away. If you prefer to travel around the area by bicycle, then the reasonably flat landscape and quiet country roads make this very appealing to cyclists. For those with children, as well as the many beaches with different beach activities, there are several waterparks, a mini theme park and a drive around safari.

New for 2009, the price includes free WiFi broadband access for the duration of your stay (laptop not provided) and the use of 4 bicycles (3 with 26' frames and 1 with a 24' frame. A £250.00 refundable deposit is payable with final balances to cover any damages/excessive use of electricity/gas ie in excess of £100.00 per week. A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking. The full balance is payable six weeks before the commencement of your stay.
