Within a short walk of the apartment the beaches are plentiful and vary from vast expanses of sand to small pebble coves. Many of the safe white sandy beaches are proud to display the blue flag awarded by the EU for cleanliness and safety. The beaches close enough to walk to along the coastline are Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Punta Prima. Playa Flemenca and La Zenia are the closest to the apartment, only 10 – 15 mins walk. The Playa Flamenca centre is only a 5 mins stroll from the apartment. It has many bars with entertainment and restaurants, plus a supermarket, shops and a bank. Villamartin centre is a short 5 min drive, also with numerous bars and restaurants, in the summer evenings there is a variety of entertainment in the Plaza. The Aquaparks at Torrevieja and Quesada provide lots of fun in the summer months. Go Karting is close by and the Terra Mitcha theme park is about 90 mins away by car. UK Satalite TV Freeview, BBC etc RTE and others. A/C. No smoking, no pets.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Christmas and Easter and October half term weeks add £25.
    Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and include all utility costs.
    There is also a local charge for linen and towel change and cleaning of 55 Euros in total which is payable on arrival.
    If you do not use our agents door to door airport service (see below) there is a local charge for meet and key handover of 20 Euros.
  • What's Included:
    1) Electricity, water
    2) Free use of swimming pools, exclusive to guests of the complex
    Additional Services:
    1) Transfer from Alicante 45 Euros each way (45 mins), and Murcia 35 Euros each way (20 mins)
    2) Negotiable rates for longer term lets (up to 6 months max).
    Terms and Conditions:
    1) Prices quoted are for the rental of the apartment per week.
    2) Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days - £75 deposit pw secures booking.
    3) Check in time is 4PM, check out time 10.00AM (but may be negotiated).
    4) Sorry - no pets allowed and no smoking.
    We do not charge a breakage deposit but guests are responsible for any breakages and should advise our management company on site if needed.
    Cancellation: Deposit not refundable (can be transferred), balance is 100% refundable up to 5 weeks prior, 50% refundable up to 2 weeks prior.
  • There is a security alarm fitted in the apartment for guest use. We accept no liability for any personal losses or injury and guests use the apartment at their own risk.

    Our agent can provide an additional weekly linen service if required.

Beaches: There are several beaches all within walking distance, the closest beach is about 10 mins walk. New for 2007 are promenades linking formal walkways to 6 beaches to the south. There are other beaches within a short drive. Please see our website for details.

Golf: Villamartin 10 mins drive. Las Ramblas 15 mins drive. Campamoor 15 mins drive. La Finca 20 mins drive.
