This is a luxury one bed, privately owned ground floor apartment on a new complex. It has a huge sun terrace which overlooks Los Cristianos and gives views of the sea and the mountains. It is perhaps the best situated ground floor apartment with the sunniest location on the complex.

The beach is a 10 min walk, as is Los Cristianos town centre with shopping, bars and restaurants. Located within a 2 min walk are Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Indian and British restaurants. Various bars with good free entertainment, a shopping centre, currency exchange and tourist shops, and a large Spar supermarket are nearby. The complex itself is gated, and is quiet. This is a non smoking apartment suitable for couples who are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, the outside terrace has a leather suite as well as sunloungers where you can enjoy a drink or two while watching the sunsets.
