This well appointed self-catering apartment is situated in the 4th district just a 5 minute tram ride away from the heart of Vienna from the KarlsKirche, Opera , St Stephans Cathedral and all sites are within easy reach the tram stop just being a few minutes walk away. Good facilities with supermarket, bio market , bakery, coffee shops and a small shopping mall all around the corner. Local typical Austrian restaurants just across the road The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (lift) in quiet location giving onto inner courtyard and consists of 1spacious bedroom with a double bed with an extra single bed and sleeps 3, living and dining area with a table seating 4 and a couch with side table and flat screen cable TV. There is a separate kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge/freezer and complete units, a small table and washing machine The attractive new bathroom has a corner shower, bidet and sink in attractive design with separate wc

The apartment is situated in Vienna City centre 4th district near many tourist sites the main Kartnerstrasse the shopping street with its elegant shops and cafe houses at the end of which is the famous St stephans Cathedral, the Opera, Karlskirche and various museums and parks. It is a short 5 minute tram journey trams 62 and 65 run every 2 minutes into the centre The bus stop 13a for the Mariahilfer shopping street is also just along the street One can walk into the centre approx 15 minutes Vienna is an ideal location with all year events historical musical cultural and a wealth of museums Kunsthistorisches and Naturhistorisches museum, Belvedere, schonbrunn all within easy access public transport. The badnerbahn also stops along the street if you wish to take a trip to the attractive spa town outside of Vienna in the foothills of the Vienna woods

We had a wonderful stay in Vienna...this apartment was only a block from picking up the trolley/bus or if you'd like ... a easy, short walk to the city's center. There are a couple of markets just a couple of blocks away...as well as a couple of handy restaurants. I couldn't believe how accessible the city was and how close this apartment was to such wonderful sites/places.
The apartment was clean and nicely decorated; the kitchen provided all the necessary utensils; the owner provided a nice guide for helping acclamate us to Vienna, as well as brochures for site seeing. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all our questions.
We would definitely rent this apartment again! My thanks to the owner for a wonderful stay.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and secure. In a pleasant neighbourhood with a good range of supermarkets, bakeries, cake shops and eateries nearby. Excellent bus and tram transport links within 50 metres. Cooking facilities adequate but don't plan on any cordon bleu cuisine. A helpful folder of information about the apartment and Vienna generally. Owner helpful with additional information before our arrival.
