2010 ! *** AMAZING REDUCTIONS ***** Our Holiday Rental apartment in province of ALICANTE - the COSTA BLANCA and ORIHUELA COSTA, located just 5Km inland & very near Torrevieja, Guardama, La Marina, Alicante. Ideally located beside 3 golf courses (more nearby), with an ABUNDANCE OF BEAUTIFUL BEACHES just a short drive away. There is a SOUTH FACING BALCONY, communal pool just 50 meters, and a very large roof-top Solarium. This is A LUXURIOUS 2 bed 2 bath apartment, (sleeping 6 with the Sofa Bed), satellite TV & DVD, AIR CONDITIONING, and is quite a large apartment with full kitchen. It is on the top (3rd) level with lift access, great views! Restaurants nearby, beautiful beaches 5 - 10mins drive, and a paradise for Golfers with so many courses around the area. All floors are tiled, a heater is provided for the cooler nights (not that there are very many!) We have furnished the rooms to a high standard and trust you will appreciate this. The kitchen facities are extensive, and to an excellent standard. Air conditionig in the living area, for cooling or warming

Notes: Smoking outside the rooms is requested. There is a lift for access to our 2nd floor, which provides the added facilities to accommodate older persons or those with some infirmity and wheelchairs users. There is a very large solarium (approx 150 M2) with access right outside our apartment entry door, by one flight of stairs! ( It is very private, as rarely is it in use by the few adjacent owners!) With 'ALL DAY SUN' giving views right across to the nearby Mediterranean Sea at La Zenia! - Great.

What a great place!

Having just spent a few days in Salou at an adventure park with our Teenage boys this was just place to relax and take things easy for a few days!
Once we had rested by the pool side we visited the local tourist office and quickly found places of interest in the area and outside the area to visit. The area has much to offer even if like us you are not into Golf.
The local beaches are really nice, clean and tidy and water sports are available.

The apartment really is luxuriously apointed and kept immaculately clean. In fact the whole area is kept tidy and local residents take a pride of the area.
You are wanting for nothing as the apartment is well equipped including Sat TV is you really want to watch it!

The 'plaza' complex is a short walk with good restuarants and bars. There are also local supermarkets close to hand with English foods if you can live without the home produce!

Location is convient for the Airports although you will need to hire a car as we found public transport sparse.

We would certainly like to return again and would strongly recommend this apartment.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

There certainly is plenty to see and do in and around, and am glad that some of them we discovered, its all pretty easly to track down, and there is quite a lot of 'what to do - where to go/eat' info left out in the apartment.

There will be more to enjoy on the next visit because the more you visit, the more you seem to be able to find, it just goes on and on!!!

Dont forget we have the other apartment just 15 mins up toward Alicanti, that offers acces to many other places, and is equally well fitted out.

Great, look forward to the return visit - maybe even more vino/fizzy pop awaiting!

Wonderful Winter holiday

What a great holiday!

Normally holiday apartments don't look like the pictures did when you get there, and are disappointing. Here this was definitely NOT the case- the apartment was stunning, spacious, and clean with great facilities and a kitchen better than at home.

It was a very quiet area at this time of year- I imagine busier and more vibrant in the summer. A lot of the tourist attractions locally were closed because of the time of year, but we certainly enjoyed visiting santa barbara castle in Alicante, which turned out to be a sun trap even on new years eve! the gardens and things were beautiful. Despite the area being so quiet the locals were very friendly and we found plenty to keep us occupied for the 2 weeks, would definitely recommend getting a hire car though.

It's certainly a beautiful place, and we had a great time.Thanks to Margaret & Les for letting us stay and making everything so easy to organise.

Located within a short distance from some of the best Golf courses in Spain this spacious apartment offers accommodation of the highest standard. The open plan lounge and kitchen area are large by Spanish rental standards. Two large bedrooms offer excellent flexibility for up to six adults very comfortably. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained. A short distance and visible from the balcony are a choice of large communal swimming pools. The all day sun terrace and south facing balcony offer alfresco dinning at its best. Within a short walking distance you are spoilt for a choice of both local and international restaurants.
Within a few kilometres the area offers some excellent
beaches.
I could not fault this apartment. Excellent!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

Lovely apartment, clean and modern with all amenities we would ever want. We were really pleased. Brilliant location for so many beaches and towns - we didn't have time to do it all! Very easy to organise renting this apartment, owners really lovely people, very efficient and helpful.
Easy to find and get to from the airport. Hardly no distance at all. The keyholder met us on arrival and was so helpful with everything. Communial pool onsite was excellent, as was the sun terrace, and all the other facilities, restaurants and bars onsite meant we had everything we needed.
Some fantastic markets and swimming in the salt lakes was a real highlight! We loved our trip to the mountains where we experienced some real Spanish culture and the water park was ace. I'd recommend La Marina beach - it's lovely, as were Guardamar and Torrevieja towns.

We'll definitely go back as we just couldn't do it all in one week and compared to some other apartments we have stayed at in Costa Blanca this was a real gem for the price.
I'd definitely recommend you stay here whether you're a golfer (loads of courses nearby!), a family or a couple, you've got some much choice of things to do and a really good apartment to stay in.
With 360 odd days of sunshine a year you can't go wrong any time of year either!

Excellent value, location & facilities, WOW factor

Luxuriously apointed apartment, immaculately kept, & clean.
Great assitance from the key holder, nothing was any trouble for him, and there were no problems.
There is a 'plaza' complex 5 or so mins walk, with a wide variety of restuarants, bars, shopping supplies for all your needs etc. very good & very convenient.
Fantastic beaches and plenty of the only a short drive (or a bit further there are enven more!), & The main Town of Torrevieja is just amazing - evry thing day and night you could want & do.
The golf is very good - would be terific if you are keen (and a lot better than me!) as tehre are several courses right there!
All in all a definate return trip for both the apartment and the area / facilites for everyone!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Its great Craig & Em found everything they needed, had a great time, and enjoyed all the facitities. For the golfers there are many more good courses around.

There are plenty of water based activities around Torrevieja also.
Hopefully all the communal services and bus route connections will be finalised soon, which will help getting around, including the Lift which is now due to be commisioned.
