Designed personally by the owners, the villa offers every comfort, whilst at the same time offering fantastic outdoor living space with a private sea -view swimming pool, a covered terrace, an upstairs sun terrace, plus a large sunbathing area with an exotic Mediterranean garden. The villa has a large lounge/dining area with spectacular views 3 good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus WC all furnished with outstanding quality items, suggesting style & elegance, whilst fitting in with a truly Mediterranean lifestyle. Air conditioning is available throughout, plus a gas fire for the cooler winter evenings. For added security the villa has an electronic gated entrance and car port. The picturesque Moraig beach is a five minute drive away whilst elegant Moraira and lively Javea are 15 minutes away offering superb beaches & a variety of restaurants

Cumbre del Sol is situated midway between the holiday resorts of Moraira and Javea, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It has its own private beach [Moraig] which is surrounded by stunning cliffs offering opportunities for walking, swimming, diving or simply relaxing in the guaranteed sunshine. There are magnificent views across to Ibiza and the famous Penon de Ifach at Calpe and inland to the Sierra de Bernia mountain range. Moraira offers a superb beach, classy restaurants and a marina, whilst Javea boasts numerous watersports, the lively Arenal beach, bars, restaurants, a nine hole golf course, Javea Port and Old Town [traditional Spanish town]. From nearby Denia it is possible to catch a ferry to Ibiza and Majorca. For those in need of a lively night life, Benidorm is just 40 minutes away with 'Aqualandia' WaterPark and Terra Mitica [Spains Disneyland]. An hour away you will find Valencia famous for the America's Cup and the European Grand Prix

Outside there is a covered terrace with sea views furnished with a stylish smoked glass table with seating for 6 ..ideal for al fresco meals at anytime of the day. There is also a newly created lower sun terrace plus 6 sun loungers..ideal for the sun worshippers .[This area gets sun most of the day]. The Mediterranean garden has numerous fruit trees [orange, grapefruit, fig, lemon] plus many exotic plants.
