It has a fabulous shared pool, with plenty of loungers and space to sunbathe and relax in peace. The apartment is furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard. It has 3 bedrooms, one double and two singles. There are 3 spacious bathrooms. The lounge has a plasma TV, DVD and Hi-Fi. There are also TV's in the main bedroom, the kitchen and in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with top of the range Siemens appliances, touch hob oven, micro, w/m, t/d, d/w. The dining area seats 6. The terrace is fabulous with comfortable outdoor sofas and armchairs so you can relax and eat outdoors in style. The apartment is south facing with plenty of sunshine all day. It has two parking spaces in the underground garage. This apartment could not have a better location. Near enough to walk to the exclusive shops and restaurants but far away enough not to have the noise of the nightlife. 800 metres from the beaches, beach bars and beach clubs. Just a few minutes from El Cortes Ingles a fabulous department store selling designer brands and a huge supermarket. A short drive takes you to Marbella with its old town, family friendly beaches and beautiful shops. Golf courses abound as well as tennis and paddle tennis. Vasari resort is on the complex at La Alzambra with its own spa, gym and hairdressers. A 30 minute drive takes you to Gibraltar or up into the mountains at Ronda. For a longer excursion you can drive to Granada, the Sierra Nevada (for skiing and mountain persuits) or to Seville. This region has much to offer and the coast is constantly developing and improving. The motorway stretches along the coast and allows quick and easy access to all the resorts.

We are flexible about changeover dates. No stay can be less than a week in high season unless there are a few spare days left nearer to the start of this season.   • The bathrooms have all marble tiling . There is underfloor heating in the main bathroom which is very large with a very big bath. It also has a large shower cubicle with a power shower. The second bathroom has a bath/shower with bidet and toilet. It is also marble and has storage. The guest toilet is large. The bathrooms are situated next to the bedrooms and although are not ensuite they are positioned next to the bedrooms.

The bed has a slatted headboard and single beds. This bedroom has a TV. The third bedroom also has single beds and is decorated in soft grey and off-white. The bedrooms have plenty of storage. The sliding doors are lockable and all rooms have curtains/blinds. The main bedroom has a safe. All rooms have adjustable temperature control with heating and air - conditioning. All bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and furnished as a livable home. It was not furnished with renting guests in mind.

The pool is communal but is very large and never gets crowded. There is sunshine all day long and into the evening with plenty of comfortable, adjustable loungers. There are shaded areas to escape from the sun and near the pool are toilets, a gym and a sauna. The apartment's temperature is controlled by a thermastat in each room. It can be heated in cooler weather and kept cool in the summer months. All towels are provided.l. The gardens in La Alzambra are spectacular. It is filled with exotic palms, shrubs and flowers. The gardeners work very hard to keep it beautiful. A waterfall starts at the back of the pool area and leads to a manmade stream ending in a fountain. Outside the complex is a childrens playground.
