The picturesque old town of Alghero has an abundant choice of restaurants and good shopping too. The most elegant old streets surround the cathedral, at the centre of the town. Set in a quiet location, this apartment is ideal for those wishing to be near the beach (30yds) and other facilities on holiday.Not necessary to have a car. Within walking distance of apartment are restaurants for Italian food and a famous pizzeria!. There are bars, other shops and supermarkets also within walking distance. The old town of Alghero is about 5 min walk along Sea Promenade where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. Set on the seaside, yet only a short walk to the town the apartment is an ideal choice for those who wish to enjoy a romantic holiday. This apartment is ideal for a romantic holiday 10 min walking to the old town just in border of green country towards South and Bosa through beautiful landscapes and full of light coast. All furnitures are brand new as the building. Area is safe and quite as noisy city area is at 10 min. It is a residential building area with a public swimming pool just beside, church and supermarket not far. This part of Alghero is at beginning of Alghero-Bosa panoramic road which is one of the best point of view on Sardinian West Coast ( 40 km without any houses or town, simply wonderful !). On the way to Bosa which is a nice historic town divided by Temo River and with an old Castle with some fresco from pisan scool, you will stop for lunch and swim in the amazing beach of La Speranza hidden in deep vegetation (8 km from Alghero ).
