The house is on a beautiful complex, ideal for a summer holiday with your children. The holiday home is located walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants, and also you are able to work to the port area of Javea as well. Where the shops, and the Spanish bars and restaurants are located. The villa has bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom over looks the stunning gardens and pool area. The lounge is a good size, leading to its own terrace, with Balinese furniture throughout. The terrace area at the front of the villa has its own sun lounger patio area, with a gate leading onto the communal pool, where there is a large grassed area and extra kiddies pool. You are able to walk to the stony beach as well in a matter of seconds as its across the road. A stunning location for your self catering family holiday.

The arenal beach and port area are 5 mins walk. The newly built la marina Ondarra shopping centre is 20 mins drive. Benidorm with its water parks and theme park is 45 mins drive. We are also located only 1 and half hours from valencia where the grand prix will be held this summer.
