This villa is located in the sort after La Guardia Park area of Javea, 10 min drive to the beach, bars and restaurants. The master bedroom is upstairs with an en suite and its own terrace. The other 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. The house has hot and cold air conditioning and an open fireplace. The heated pool is a bonus in the winter, making this house an ideal all year rental. There are plenty of terraces of al fresco dining, all overlooking the mature gardens on a flat plot. There is also a pool table and table tennis table available for your use. UK cable TV is also installed in the house. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen with hob, sink and Gas barbecue. We also have a 4 bedroom house available and another 3 bed house available in same areas.

The arenal beach and port area are 5 mins drive. The newly built la marina Ondarra shopping centre is 20 mins drive. Benidorm with its water parks and theme park is 45 mins drive. We are also located only 1 and half hours from Valencia where the Grand Prix will be held this summer.

My husband, son and I have spent many holidays in Javea staying at a variety of villas. However, when we arrived at this villa we were delighted. It was extremely clean and modern with good furniture and a very decent sized master bed, fully functioning kitchen and plenty of seating space inside and outside. The garden and pool areas were clean, uncluttered with a very good sized swimming pool and total privacy was provided with high, beautifully flowering bushes surrounding the villa. The villa is in easy access of restaurants, beaches, supermarkets etc. We are very much looking forward to staying again next year.
