Situated in a small hamlet about 40 min south of Poitiers. Surrounded by unspoilt countryside, ideal for walking and cycling. Truly luxury accommodation comprising: Lounge with bed settee, satellite TV, video, hi-fi. Large dinning room with seating for 8 people. Modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and large table. Utility room room with washing machine and fridge freezer. Three bedrooms, two king size, one twin. En suite bathroom to main bedroom. Further bathroom. Both bathrooms have large baths and walk in showers. Additional bathroom on ground floor. Own 12m x 6m pool. Pool heating available from mid May at nominal charge. Pool located in secluded part of garden with large patio area, shower, gazebo, patio table and chairs loungers. All linen and towels provided, enclosed garden. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE. NO PETS

Located in the peaceful and rural area of the northan Charante, near the border with Deux Sevres, almost equal distance from Poitiers to the north and Angouleme in the south. The house is within 45 minuets drive from Futeroscope and the university town of Poitiers, the attractions at Parthenay are a short drive beyond Poitiers. To the south an easy drive to Cognac and Angouleme. To the west, the Atlantic coast, with the beautiful harbour of La Rochelle and the seaside town of Royan are within reach.
