Sleeps 4. New 2 bedroom Moorish style, air/con apartment just 10 mins to the first of Torrevieja's many beaches and is in a great location between Torrevieja and La Mata. A short walk to local shops and bars. The apartment is tastefully furnished ,has a sun trap terrace and a 60 sq. metre L shaped patio. A communal swimming pool is just 25 metres away. Our 2 bedroom air/con apartment is just 10 minutes to the nearest beach. The start of the beautiful long beach of la Mata is also only 25 minutes walk away or just a 5 minutes drive. The apartment has its own communal swimming pool and is tastefully furnished with all the comforts that you would need to make it a real home from home. Beach towels are provided.There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There is a superb TV lounge with LCD TV, lots of DVDs and CDs,indoor and al fresco dining terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with oven,hob,dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster.
