Lovely, private Naples home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This home is located on water and is a dream vacation spot.
This house has a three-bedroom, two-bath, comfortable living/family room, a two-car garage and screened lanai with a private pool and a magnificient Water View.


The beautiful pristine beaches of Marco Island are only a short distance away. Downtown Naples and the upscale shops and fine restaurants of 5th Avenue and the famous Naples Pier and gorgeous beaches are just minutes away.

Lely Resort also has Freedom Square shopping including grocery store on site and outlet shopping very close by. This area’s activities also include additional golf, restaurants, beaches, boating, fishing, museums, theater, zoo,
nature preserves, Everglades trips and much, much more.

All of our rental properties are fully furnished and equipped according to our specific standards. Linens, kitchen equipment, and laundry facilities are located in each home. Most homes include local telephone service, basic cable, and garbage and recycling services.
Each home will vary with each owner`s individual tastes.
