Enclosed pool terrace overlooks 4th fairway of an 18 hole championship golf course with affordable rates and Clubhouse- restaurant at Eagle Lakes Golf Club
Protected Golden Eagles and abundant wildlife to watch daily. Just seven minutes drive to shopping & 20 minutes to white sandy beaches in Naples or Marco Island.
This stunning residence is fully furnished & equipped: it stands alone in every way.
This beautiful Villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, foyer and study. The living room has Cable TV and DVD player. The private Villa has fully equipped kitchen, separate breakfast area and dining room.

Master suite has king size bed and large bath, tub, shower, dual sinks, private WC, 2 Walk-in closets and Flat screen TVs. Both guest rooms have queen size beds and Flat screen TVs.

For comfort outside is a screened pool terrace that provides heated pool, lounge chairs, BBQ and 6 seat dining table, plus floating lounger for your pool pleasure.

Home equipped with intercom, radio throughout the house, high speed internet, local telephone connected and alarm system.
Sorry, no pets allowed. No smoking inside the house, but outside smoking on pool terrace is allowed. Please properly dispose of cigarette filters.
