This is our families' vacation home and no detail has been overlooked. You will find luxuries and amenities that you will find at no other property. Because again, this is our families' vacation home that our family wants to share with you. And to anyone that has rented before, you know the difference.If you want to walk out the door and snorkel and/or fish, get the best lobster pizza EVER and walk down 3 miles of beach and not see another person day after day, this is the vacation home for you. This house is meant to be enjoyed with a relaxed, laid back interior that is both comfortable and luxurious. Our home is kid friendly and adult happy!   • Rate includes up to 10 people with each additional person $150/week children under 12 no charge
    Stay a 2nd Week at 30% Off!
    Discount of 20% is only available for one additional week. Contact us for rates for over 2 weeks.
    50% deposit required to guarantee booking
    Full payment and $1000 refundable security deposit must be received 30 days prior
    full refund if cancelled within 90 days, half refund if cancelled within 30 days, no refund for less than 30 days.
    Additional discounts available for longer rentals.

    November 16 until July 31st (not including January and May): $6600.00 per week for up to 10 people (please contact us for smaller group rates) with each additional person $150.00 extra (kids 12 and under no extra charge)

    All of May, August 1st until November 15th and January 9th to the 30th: $5600.00 which includes hurricane insurance (will refund 100% of funds in the event of cancellation due to hurricane and 100% of unused days upon having to cut vacation short due to

We spent a week at Five Palms with 2 other families and it is everything the website says and more. Not only is the house itself spectacular, but
the beach is to die for. We sailed, snorkled, swam, fished all right from the white sand beach. Which by the way, was all ours as far as the eye could see in either direction. The other amazing thing was all the help!!
Nobody is better than Beryl and Earlene. We had great food and a constantly clean house--which is saying alot with 8 kids!!! Feel free to contact me via email if you have any questions.
