With it´s own private balcony over looking the well kept pool and gardens. This apartment has lots to offer a small family or couple needing a break. The apartments are mainly residential with lift access.

This is my 3rd time staying at the apartment (14th time staying in Majorca). I love the place!!! The apartment is very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location, close to nice restaurants, places to visit and close to the beach too. It has a lovely balcony overlooking the beautifully kept gardens and pool. It also has a little shop on the corner of the block and the people are friendly. I would not have any problem reccommending Majorca, Alcudia and indeed this apartment!

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday where we stayed at this apartment.

Firstly we must say what a friendly & thoughtful couple Terry & Maureen are,as well as picking us up from the airport & taking us back at the end of our holiday,they very kindly had made sure there was milk,bread,butter,eggs & water,which after a long journey was a lovely thing to do & very thoughtful.

The location of the apartment was very central,the beach,port,shops & restaurant all within a short walk.

The garden is well kept & the swimming pool is a nice size & clean.

An added bonus was all the local brochures,maps & extras such as beach umbrella kindly provided by Maureen & Terry.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone.

Also a trip to the Pirates show is a must!

We have just enjoyed a 2 week holiday in this apartment and were very pleased with it, very quiet with plenty of shops restaurants nearby.Just a short walk to the beach and buses about 2 hundred metres away.
