Large villa with outdoor pool just outside of Vence centre.

Large villa set in lovely village of Vence, 20 minutes from main town, Nice. With independent cottage in the garden. Surrounded by big garden and outdoor pool, it's a perfect place to kick back and enjoy the beautiful Cote d'Azur. With both terraces in front and at the back of the house, you can be sitting in the sunshine all throughout the day. The open plan kitchen, laid out with marble, is fitted with 5-ring cooker, oven, grill and microwave. With a large L-shaped sofa in the sitting room and two more sofa's in the 'television area', everyone can enjoy the extra charm the open fireplace brings in the evenings. Downstairs you find three double bedrooms; one with bathroom and loo en suite. Furthermore there's a shower room with sink and a seperate loo. Upstairs, the master bedroom with bathroom en suite. Another large bedroom with seperate bathroom and toilet.

We're only 2 minutes away from the centre of Vence with its lovely restaurants and charming old town with all of its history. Nice to sit outside on a terrace or have a look around the local market that's on every morning and in weekends. Closest beach, Villeneuve Loubet, only 15 minutes away. Swimming, sailing and surfing clubs to be found all along the coast. Nice and Cagnes sur Mer beaches only a few minutes further and parking is always possible. For shopping one can go into Nice, Cannes or even Monaco which is only 30 minutes away. Even Italy is only a 45-minute drive! A lot of small touristique villages are to be found around us; for example St. Paul de Vence, Tourettes sur Loup, La Colle etc. Plenty of amusement parks around here, including horse back riding, wild water rafting and tree/rock climbing. Tennis- and golf courts are available in the area.
