The property is easy to find on google maps, just type in the post code: 22140 the map shows our property in the middle of the picture a long rectanglular site surrounded by farmland and rolling fields.
Both Oak Tree House and Chestnut Lodge are available for long and short term rentals and are available to rent all year round 365 days per year. They are also serve as a good stop off point if you are driving accross country for a ski holiday or for a short weekend break.
How to get there:
You can travel by ferry, plane, car or train or a combination. The nearest Ferry Ports are: Roscoff 40min drive, St Malo 1.5 hour drive. Caen, Callais are further as is Belgium or Holland Ferry Ports. It all depends upon where you are driving from or how long you wish to be on the Ferry or driving. The Road Network through all countries are easier to drive on and quicker than any British Road network and they do not suffer the delays of roadworks like Britain, likewiese the fuel is cheaper in Europe also.
You can fly to Lannion Airport only 15min drive or Dinan/St Malo 1 hour drive using the lowcost airlines such as Ryan Air, Flybe, Easy jet which fly from most UK airports, plus car hire is very cheap in France. Thus cutting down possible journey times.The Channel Tunnel is aso another option driving from Callais with a very short crossing time and cheap offers on return crossings also

The road networks make us very accesible, we are very close to the Coastline which has miles of beautiful sandy beaches, bays and coves, aswell as golf courses. Breathtaking natural beauty spots, reserves and is ideal for every outdoor pursuit you can think of from the woodlands, nature walks, cycleways and bird spotting, walking, watersports. There is an observatory, aquarium, funparks etc.
The property is also ideally located for golfing holidays, practice your driving or swing shots at the property on the hectare of fields between games.
Without trying the area is steeped in architecture, historical ruins, Chateau's, Roman Aquaducts, Churches, Catherdrals, Convents, Abbey's.
Not to mention the gammet of creperies, restaurants and shopping in every town and village that you pass through. Every possible activity and amenity is catered for right on your doorstep
