Additional information about rental rates

  • A security bond on £200 is payable when paying final balance. This is returnable within 7 days of villa being cleaned and checked after departure. For four people staying in the villa a 60€ cleaning fee is payable directly to our property management company. There is and additional fee of 10€ per person thereafter . This is payable of arrival. Our management company will meet you on arrival and show you where to find everything you need and also how everything works. They are also a valuable source of information about the area and a contact should you need one during your stay.
  • A welcome pack of bread, butter, wine, beer, and other goodies is available to book at 20€ payable on arrival.
