Location, Location, Location!!! This Disney area villa has just that !! The Florida villa is located just about as close as you can get to the Disney Parks. This Orlando villa is located in Rolling Hills sub division of Kissimmee and is part of the prestigeous Formosa Gardens Estates which are the most sought after villas in the Orlando/Disney area. Around a 5 minute drive to the Disney parks and even less to the famous US 192 area where you will find an abundance of shopping, dining and minor attractions such as mini golf, funfairs and helicopter rides etc. Not only is this Orlando villa in a great location it is also a great Disney area villa also!! This Disney villa features a south facing pool deck overlooking a small pretty lake.
