Santa Ponsa holiday apartment: Nova Santa Ponsa

We came back for our 2nd year staying in Karen and Karls apt and it was just as nice as we remembered.To often you build something up in your mind and then when it comes along you are dissapointed.Not so with this lovely apt,it was just as nice as we remembered and the books we left last year were still there.It is spotless,you could eat your dinner off the floor,everything is gleaming when you come in,it is like a brand new apt,we can,t say enough good things about this place.Thank you Karl and keep up the good work,can't wailt until next year..Brian

Very nice appartment, perfectly equipped. We loved to stay there and definitely would like to come back.

I stayed in this glorious apartment in Las Adelfas with my wife,brother and sister in law and two kids (6 years old and 3 months old) from the 12th of august to the 26th of august 2008.What can I say,from the moment you drive up to the complex you know it's special.Complete privacy and security with an 8 foot electronic gate and private under ground parking place,leading directly to the lift.
When you open the door of the apt the refreshing cold air of the computerised air conditioning hits you and you are standing in an ultra modern gleaming white apt complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,modern kitchen with every appliance you could ask for (everything is built in,they even have a dishwasher), a large utility space to store your all your cases,a sitting room large enough for 12 people never mind 6 complete with a 42 inch plasma tv,sky box and dvd player.There are even a few books to read by the pool.
Open the ground to roof glass doors and there is a huge balcony outside the sitting room which also connects on the other side to the main bedroom.All of the rooms have seperate controls for the air conditioning and you dont even have to fiddle with it as the owners have figured out the perfect temprature for you.
The balcony has its own proper furniture,not the cheap plastic stuff you will see down in Santa Ponsa apts.We had dinner a few nights out on the balcony and the view is only heavenly especialy when the pool lights come on.
The pool itself is huge,perfect for swimming or just lazing around and there were always plenty of sunbeds free.There were gardeners pottering around the place constantly so the place is very nice and well kept,the pool guy was out every morning testing the water and re arranging the sunbeds and umbrellas,there is even a second pool about 1 third the size of the main one which you will find by walking around.
The neighbours are very friendly which is important if you have children and a lot of them speak English.
We usualy go to the hilton hotel in las vegas for our holidays but after this year I would recomend this apt without reservation to anyone and we will be back to Las Adelfas next year for sure.........Brendan
