The lounge/dining room has comfortable seating and dining table/chairs, whilst outside on the front terrace dining table seating for all can be found. The modern kitchen has everything that you would need for a self catering holiday including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & all utensils & crockery etc. The rear terrace has a washing machine and an additional fridge. Externally the villa enjoys fantastic views accross open fields to the Crevillente Mountains to the front and open fields to the rear. The gardens, planted with a variety of fragrant shrubs, palms and citrus trees, surround the 10x5 private pool, BBQ house and even a trampoline for the kids.

Beaches

There are a number of beaches nearby, the nearest being at La Marina or at Guardamar both about 15 minutes drive away.

Local Village

The village of Catral is a short stroll away and there you will find bars, restaurants and shops to cater for virtually every need. Restaurants range from traditional Spanish, Pizzas, Chinese and even English. The bars also range from traditional Spanish and alongside have sprung a handful of British owned bars some of which provide entertainments such as cabaret, quiz nights, karaoke etc. The Ice cream parlour on the main street is particularly recommended - according to the junior Fittons! There is a small supermarket in the town which stocks the usual range of products as well as fresh bread, meat and fish.

Golf Information:

There are several Golf courses available within a short drive the neaqrest being La Finca at Algorfa (5 mins). Slightly further afield there are Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin all in the Orihuela Costa area (20 mins) and La Marquesa in the Rojales/Quesada area (15 mins). There are others in the Elche and Alicante areas
