The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa in Villefranche sur Mer with panoramic view over the Darse harbour, the Villefranche Bay and Cap Ferrat. Close to shops and restaurants. 600m from the Darse Beach. The garden of 400m² is private and enclosed. Backyard with parking space for one car. Entirely equipped kitchen corner. Living/dining room, flat screen TV with DVD-player. 2 bedrooms: one 160cm double bed and two 90cm single beds. TV i the second bedroom. Bathroom with toilet. Shower room with toilet. Terrace of 40m² equipped with dining area, 2 garden chairs. 2 awnings covering the whole terrace. Pets not allowed. NB! During the Monte Carlo Grand prix, the high season price applies. Damage deposit: 1000 euros.

The train which is 7 minutes away runs all along the coast. Nice or Monaco are ten minutes away or you can be in Italy in 40 minutes. Drive into the hills and visit Eze or St Paul de Vence. Antibes and Cannes are within easy reach. This area has so much to offer from art, history, luxury and indulgence - whatever your taste. Villefranche old town dates back to the 12th century and is full of history and good places to eat plus a wonderful beach and sea to swim in. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places in the world!
