We are in super central Cannes, within 'the banane', a block behind the Croissette. We are just 3 minutes WALK to the Palais where all of the conferences are held. The nearest beach is a leisurely 2 minutes stroll (right at the end of our block). You are also within minutes of the top designer and better mainstream shops. Cafes, fine dining, boutiques, Casinos, markets, Theatres, private and public beaches, excellent transport links by rail and coach -- at No17Cannes, l'appartement you are in the centre of it all!

    Booking couldn't be easier, we ask a 30% deposit at booking (deposits are non-refundable). For Conference/ Congress and summer lets, we require that the full-amount is paid at least 3 weeks in advance. Sadly, cancellations after that period cannot be refunded if the apartment is not re-let for that booking period. If the apartment is re-let for that period, your payment less the 30% deposit will be refunded.
  • At No17Cannes, our prices are always INCLUSIVE of taxes, telephone and wifi usage, linens and cleaning. Summer bookings may be subject to a refundable security deposit.
  • During non-Conference and off-peak periods from 10 OCT - 19 DEC 2009, our weekly rate is €595 per week with a 1 week minimum.

  • The bathroom is full-sized with tub and American-style shower. It is clean and bright and has a heated towel rail. We provide plush, luxury, bath sheets, towels and face cloths. Yes, we also provide a hair dryer and iron and ironing board. Of course, all linens are included in rental fees.

The difference between No17Cannes and other occasional rentals are the details: soft, plush pillows; gorgeous, tropical-weight, hypo-allergenic duvets; high thread count cotton sheets and duvet covers: all provided for your comfort.

Notes: No17Cannes is on the 3rd floor of the building and has a small lift. Once inside, the apartment is all on one level. We ask that smokers refrain from smoking inside the apartment but they are welcome to smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided. Children are more than welcome and will find the Cabin area in the centre of the apartment/condo a fun and comfortable place to sleep. Le Chein, in Cannes dogs are family and they go everywhere--which we think is quite charming. Having our own little 'fur-child', we are always thrilled when he can travel with us. So we are happy to welcome small, well-behaved dogs with prior consent and a small and refundable security deposit.

Secure Key Codes and Meet & Greet: We use a secure key code system so you don't need to worry about keys. Especially convenient for guests who are attending the conferences, no coordinating who has the keys. You will get a key code unique to you (or you can change it to a code of your choice). Additionally, guests will be greeted within a day of their arrival by an English and French speaking hostess. She will answer any questions you have about the apartment or the area can assist you if you require it during your stay.

Le Chein or Dogs: Ah, France wouldn’t be France without charming little (and not so little) puppies. You see them everywhere, walking around and adored by their owners. We have our own little sweetheart and we know how much he misses us when we leave him. So at No17Cannes we are happy to welcome small (less than 12kilos/ 25lbs) well-behaved doggies to stay. We request that you kindly let us know if you intend to bring your 'fur-child' with you and we ask an additional 'damage deposit' of €300 to cover any unlikely damages. This will be completely refunded if not needed for any cleaning or repairs.

We have just returned from Cannes, The apartment is ideally situated for everythung. The beach is a 2 minute walk, The apartment is in the centre of Cannes with superb bars and restaurants which are situated in the same street. While the bars are expensive the atmosphere is electric and worth the expense. The balcony is a sun trap and an ideal place to watch the world go by while having a quiet drink,
There is certainly no need to hire a car as walking must be the order of the day,
The local nearby market is worth a visit as well as the local Irish Morrissons Pub.
Restaurants in the old town are defintlety woth a visit with a 3 couse meal priced at 25 Euros.
A visit to Malmaison(Contemporary art) is also worth a visit.
A day trip to one of the islands is a must as well as a day trip to Grasse to see how perfume is manufactured.
