This villa of 280m² is recently renovated to very high standards. It has 5 double bedrooms (three 160cm beds, one 140cm bed and two 90cm beds (bunk bed), 4 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, a living room accessing the large terrace with a pergola and the swimming pool (with secure access and a possibility to heat). The pool is surrounded by a garden lounge area under a pergola. Entirely equipped kitchen, living room with TV and internet access, fire place and a separated TV lounge with 2 additional 90cm beds. Dining room surrounded by a veranda. The interior is decorated in a cool and contemporary style. The villa is ideally situated to enjoy the beautiful surroundings: 5km to the beaches of Nice and Villefranche s/Mer and 3km to all commodities. A care taker is living on the premises and takes care of the swimming pool and the garden. Electricity is additional.

Nice: Nice is also a wonderful location for exploring the rest of the Cote D'Azur, being centrally situated for visiting Monaco, Cannes, St Tropez alongside all the fantastic rural French villages. The apartment is also less than 1.50 hour drive from the south Alps for those who enjoy mountain walks in the summer or skiing in the winter. Direct flights to Nice are available from all major airports and note that Nice airport is a 10min bus ride away (the bus stops 20 yards from the building). The famous 'Promenade des Anglais' is below your feet, so you can be up for a swim at 9.00am and back for breakfast at one of the (1,000+) restaurants and cafes just outside your door. Use your internet to look up the many areas of interest & outstanding beauty.
