It is 20 minutes west of Tampa Airport, in Palm Harbor, close to sandy gulf beaches ie Honeymoon Island, Fred Howard Park and Clearwater. The condo is newly furnished and decorated to very high standard and is fully equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. Linen and towels are also provided. The heated pool is approx 100 yards from the condo. Local shopping, bars, cinema and other amenities are also within walking distance of the condo and estate. The area boasts two championship 18 hole golf courses.

East Lakes Woodlands Country Club is a private estate and the number 1 in the Tampa - St Petersberg area.
