This charming apartment is light, spacious, quiet and tastefully decorated. It is on the 7th and last floor in a building with elevator in the heart of Nice, close to the Promenade des Anglais. There is Internet access. A private roof terrace with panoramic view, kitchen and dining area and sun beds makes this an exceptional place in the heart of the city. From the living room and the bedroom there is an open view of the city rooftops and the surrounding hills. Well equipped kitchen with lots of storage space. Everything is near by: shops, restaurants and the sea, 500m from the Promenade des Anglais and its beautiful view of the Baie des Anges. You will not find the need of a car as everything is in walking distance. This charming 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple, a family or a group of friends of 3 or 4 persons.

Nice is a wonderful location in it self and for exploring the rest of the Cote D'Azur, being centrally situated for visiting Monaco, Cannes, St Tropez alongside all the fantastic rural French villages. The apartment is also less than 1.50 hour drive from the south Alps for those who enjoy mountain walks in the summer or skiing in the winter. Direct flights to Nice are available from all major airports and note that Nice airport is a 10min bus ride away (the bus stops 20 yards from the building). The famous 'Promenade des Anglais' is just 500m away, so you can be up for a swim at 9.00am and back for breakfast at one of the (1,000+) restaurants and cafes just outside your door.
