This 2nd floor apartment (with lift Access) benefits from a private balcony with lovely views over both salt lakes. 2 Double bedrooms (single beds in both) fully tiled bathroom, American style kitchen - TV with access to some british channels along with DVD player and various DVD's for use during your stay. Bed linen and towels (exc beach) are inc in the rental costs.This apartment benefits from being part of a gated complex community, which has a large communal swimming pool and childrens splash pool for residents and guests only . Pool Attendant during peak season. The local bus stops right outside every 30 mins on route to torrevieja town. La Pinada complex is close to all local facilities inc Local Bars, Restaurants, Shops (inc Bakers, Newsagent with internet access), Hairdressers, Mercadona Supremarket & the Cam bank. Small aquapark is nearby. A short drive away are local McDonalds, Burget King, KFC Carrefour Market, Habeneras Shopping Mall, Cinema, 10 pin bowling and casino.

San Luis is just outside of Torevieja. With a mixture of residential and holiday homes this is a very friendly English speaking community. Easy access to surrounding towns such as Alicante, Elche, Murcia, La Manga and Cartagena via the A7 motorway. Beautiful beaches of La Mata, Guardamar and La Zenia are also close by. The theraputic salt lakes are a short walk away not forgetting the nature trails for the walkers. Great Golf courses including Campoamor, La Finca, La Marquesa and Villamartin are closeby. For family days out there are several aquaparks in and around San Luis, 10 pin bowling and local cinema. Most days there are local markets in the surrounding towns. Bowls are very popular in this region San Luis, Quesadsa, La Siesta, & San Miquel all have their own clubs where visitors can play for a reasonable fee. If you dont fancy any of this, then you can always just relax by the fabulous pool or ponder with a book on the balcony.

  • There is a 120 Euro deposit on arrival this covers any damage or breakages etc during your stay.
    When required and enough notice given, we are able to provide a basic 'Renters Starter Shopping Pack' subject to confirmation. For the Golfers we are again able to offer assistance in booking of courses and travel to and from the magnificent courses in and around the area - this is all subject to confirmation and availability once we have your full requirements. Aiprort pick-up and drop-offs can also be arranged on your behalf to and from Alicante or Murcia for approx 40 Euros each way.

What a wonderful complex. Safe gated community. Delightful apartment and fantastic views,

A quiet residential area, however a regular bus service operates twice in every hour and you can travel to the town for only 1 euro. The bus stops directly outside the gate.

Fabulous pool area suitable for all ages, safe pool for toddlers.

Local shops and bars are within easy walking distance together with some excellent eating places.

Large shopping area and supermarket only a few stops away on the bus.

Fabulous walks nearby along the salt lakes and the view of these lakes from the excellent double balcony is amazing, watch the lakes turn from sparkling pink in the early morning to a magnificent dark blue at sundown

The apartment offers fantastic holiday accommodation for all the family
