Photos and Description of this Parma holiday villa Self-catering apartment, varied permutations of sleeping facilities

The villa is a typical house of the Italian countryside. The self-catering apartment is on the ground floor and can sleep up 5 people. Please note: DISCOUNT AVAILABLE if 3 or 2 PEOPLE ! There are 2 bedrooms. The dinette kitchen is fully equipped. All windows are double glazed, and all have mosquito net. The Villa is impeccably cleaned prior to arrival and the beds ready. There is a big garden with a wonderful views over the hills furnished, during summer time, with tables and chairs, perfect for a drink at the sunset or a picnic. Wonderful for alfresco dining and relaxing! Not only a Summer holiday rental but Great outdoor living also in Spring and Autumn! From May to September it's possible to use the public pools and the Aqua Park with very long slides... only 300 mt far from the house. Just cross a field and you are arrived! The owner, on site, will be happy to offer recommendations to try the local famous food and wines, at very reasonable prices.

The house is located in Emilia Romagna, Parma Province, really conveniently located geographically. It's only 2 km far from the city center and 10 minutes drive from A1 motorway, linking Milan to Bologna. Plus it's within easy access to other motorways to the coast in Liguria, the mountains, and the lakes. Most parts of Northern Italy can be reached in one/two/three hours. Parma is only 32 km from the house... Piacenza 35 km (40 min), Milano 105 km (1h 15min), Modena 85 km (1h), Bologna 120 km (1h 20min), Garda Lake 120 km (1h 10min), Verona 160 km (1h 40min), La Spezia - Cinque Terre 120/140 km (1h 30min), Pisa - Firenze 180/215 km (2h) ... that's why this is also an ideal house to use as a base from which to visit the rest of Italy! Alternatively take the train (Fidenza is the main station), and get straight to the city centres without traffic and parking hassles.

Excellent place, clean, warm and marvellous scenes (even from the window of the toilet!). Parking place for car near door, garden and blossoms in spring - really beautiful, amazing for us. - Please, check GPS coordinates: they are not accurate. We recommed this place those who either have a car or they stay without car in Tabioni.
