The Town house has a large open plan air conditioned living/dining room with log fire, satellite TV and DVD player, a separate kitchen with washing machine,oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer. To the rear of the property is a full width galleria with sink, ideal for drying clothes and storing bikes, golf clubs etc. Downstairs there is a shower room with toilet whilst upstairs the main bathroom has a full bath with shower over, bidet, toilet and wash basin. The air conditioned main bedroom has a double bed fitted wardrobes and a small patio with table and chairs, whilst the 2nd bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and is also fully air conditioned. The property has a full tiled roof terrace and there are 4 sunbeds and a parasol for your use. The large front patio has a table and chairs with parasol and a barbeque.

The house is located on a gated complex with 3 communal pools (lifeguard on duty in the summer months) and tennis court, an ideal location for a beach or golfing holiday. Local bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within easy walking distance. The beautiful sandy beach of Cara Basi is a 5 minute drive away and has sunbeds to rent and a beach bar serving snacks and drinks.The main beach of Los Arenales is adjacent and is 1.5 miles of white sand. The historic town of Alicante with its spectacular marina area has much to offer, from the fresh fish restaurants and cosmopolitan bars and casino to the 10th Century castle overlooking the city.There is a regular bus service to both Alicante and Santa Pola(15mins and 10 mins away). Santa Pola is a busy fishing port where the freshly caught fish is auctioned every afternoon, it is also where you can take a boat to the small island of Tabarca, or visit the local salt lakes which attract rare species of duck and large flocks of flamingos.

Notes: This town house is new to the rental market this year having only being completed in 2007 and is fully equipped to accommodate 4/5 people. On the ground floor is the fully air conditioned lounge/dining room, separate kitchen and downstairs toilet/shower room. Outside is a large fully tiled patio area which has a glass table, chairs and parasol, there is also a barbecue. To the rear of the property is a full width galleria where you can dry clothes, store bikes etc. On the first floor are the two fully air conditioned bedrooms and the main bathroom, whilst on the 2nd floor is a full roof terrace which has been fully tiled and has four sun loungers and a parasol. There is also a iron and hairdryer available for your use.

Fantastic place to rent, safe and secure for kids. Apartment right next to the pool. Location itself is fab for a relaxing holiday.

Apartment fully equipped and nicely decorated would gladly recommend to anyone and hope to go back myself soon

A lovely apartment in a very nice complex. The apartment is spacious and clean. The area itslef is very nice, quiet but close to beach, shops restaurants etc. Highly reccomended for a relaxing break.
