Summer holiday rental, large villa with pool and garden in lovely unspoilt and peaceful surroundings minutes away from pretty Provencal village and Aix-en-Provence. Huge shaded garden with fully equipped pool house, fountain and 'boules 'pitch area. Numerous terraces and sitting / dining areas .Large shaded pergola. The house is built and decorated in Provencal style , recently renovated, and includes a lovely stone cottage/guest house close to the main building. All bedrooms have lovely views over trees and fields, and quality bedding. Bathrooms have large shower areas. The living quarters include a spacious and light sitting room with fireplace, double doors onto south facing terrace, a comfortable TV lounge with sofas and book cases leading out onto a conservatory area with wicker chairs and direct access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and sunny dining area opening out onto front and side terraces. There is a laundry room with sink, washer and dryer .

The lively town of Aix-en-Provence is 5km away with music and art festivals, theatres, cafes and restaurants , boutiques and shopping areas and colourful market 3 times a week. Cezanne's mountain St Victoire is just out of town. Wine tasting all around and close by the lovely Luberon national park area with its mountain, pretty perched villages and numerous summer art events and sporting activities including canoeing , horse riding, hiking, golf etc... Beaches and the stunning small harbour town of Cassis are less than 45minutes away. Avignon 1/2 hour away. Tennis locally and golf close by. The house is ideally situated for peaceful country walks and cycling/mountain biking and easy walking distance to the village through pretty lanes.

    Security deposit: 3000 euros on or before arrival.
    Non refundable deposit: 1/3 of the total amount upon booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival date.

Young Children should always be supervised as some areas of the property may be dangerous ( fountain, swimming pool, walls, steps etc..) Please note the pool is large (16m x 6m) and deep with very narrow shallow end . Access via stairs.There is an electric cover for protection. The sheltered pool house has table and chairs, sink, hot plates, fridge/freezer and there is a gas barbecue provided on the pool house terrace together with a large metal table and more chairs.Pool towels are provided.Outdoor hot water shower. There is a boules pitch to the rear of the property and a full set of 'boules' are provided if guests want to try the Provencal game of 'p?tanque'! There is a bicycle available on loan. The house is reached from a country road through a short lane running along fields. It is very private without being isolate. The property is alarmed and has electric gates with code panel. The pool has an electric hard cover complying with safety regulations. The house is ideal for several adults wishing to relax outdoors in an exceptionally shaded and flowered garden and enjoy the best of Provence in totally peaceful and quiet and stunningly beautiful surroundings with the benefit of a lovely village closeby ( walking distance)with all amenities, shops, doctors, banks ,weekly farmer's market ( Friday) , the surrounding vineyards and the attractive town of Aix-en-Provence only a few minutes away. Children will enjoy the freedom of the large shaded garden ( 2,5acres) and the pool but please DO NOT FORGET PARENTAL SUPERVISION FOR VERY YOUNG CHILDREN.
