Villa Zeus is a large villa with 3 bedrooms, private pool & garden. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating units, fitted wardrobes, furniture & balcony. Bedroom 1 is a double with French doors leading to a private sun terrace with sea view. Bedroom 2 (double) shares a sun terrace with Bed 3. Bedroom 3 (twin) shares a sun terrace with Bed 2. The family bathroom includes bath & shower, WC and sunken washbasin with marble worktop & mirror. The spacious Living Room boasts a marble staircase, 3 sets of French doors, TV, Satellite, CD Player, Radio & good quality furniture. The kitchen/diner with French doors to patio & pool includes oven, hob & extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster & kettle. It is well stocked with pots, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is a small utility with washing machine, iron & board, bucket, mop etc. On the ground floor there is a shower room with WC & basin.

The characteristic scent of the pine resin which attracts the butterflies and the coolness from the abundantly flowing waters, makes this a small paradise during the hot days of the summer. The city of Rhodes Town, 24km away, is situated on the north tip of the island. There is plenty to see and explore within both the old town and new town by day or night. You could find yourself browsing around craft shops, dining at either a local or international restaurant, strolling around Mandraki Harbour or even lazing on the beach. Take a boat trip to other Greek Islands like Simi, Halki & Kos. CAR REQUIRED TO GET TO RESTAURANTS.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All bookings are normally Wednesday or Saturday, however this is flexible to your requirements, if the property is available.

    A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with a balance payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Your booking acknowledgement will be sent by post along with all details including directions once full payment has been received.

    The property is booked from 3pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. This is necessary to allow for cleaning, however we are flexible on these times, whenever possible. Linen is changed once per week and towels/teatowels are provided. Direct flights can be booked from most UK airports. During winter season flights will be via Athens.
  • A Security Deposit of £200 is required in advance and will be returned after you have vacated the villa and the check out inspection has been done and is satisfactory.

Notes: The villa is situated between the villages of Keramos and Kolymbia on a small road directly before the Loutani River Bridge. Turn left here and the villa is 100metres on the left hand side. (The villages of Afandou and Archangelos are within 5 minutes drive). The beautiful large landscaped garden is enclosed by walled railings and surrounds the villa on all sides. It is fully grassed and has various Palms, Pine Trees and shrubs. The Villa has is own private pool with sun loungers. There are a number of patio areas enabling you to relax in the shade or enjoy the sun. There is more than enough garden furniture should you wish to enjoy meals outside in the long Greek evening sun.
