Luxury villa with beautiful uninterupted views of the sea accross a green valley dotted with villas. Close to quaint old Pueblo with cobbled streets lined with white-washed houses, and squares with fountains & orange trees. In the Pueblo is an old church built on top of a high rocky outcrop, surrounded by gardens & walkways which are lit up beautifully at night. There are shops, restaurants & bars too. The villa has a private heated pool, and jacuzzi, and a pretty lawned garden lined with trees & flower borders. There are several terraces to choose from, all with sea views, including an al-fresco dining area, and awnings to draw for shade. The garden & terraces can be lit up at night, and its wonderful to sit looking at the twinklling night view with a glass of wine when the children are in bed! Air Conditioning & Heating throughout the villa adds to the comfort. The location is great, close to so many places to go, and things to do, and miles of golden beaches. Golf courses too!

This Luxury Villa is situated between Benalmadena Pueblo & the sea, and walking distance to both. Benalmadena Port with its great architecture & huge marina, boat trips, fishing, Sea-Life centre, restaurants etc is 10 mins drive. Mijas old mountain village with its very old churches, shrines, gardens, cobbled streets, donkey carts etc is about 15 mins drive. Fuengirola is about 15 mins drive too, and has huge open-air markets, a great Zoo, marina, fishing harbour, shops galore, boat trips, amusements, cafes, restaurants etc. There are lots of golf courses too, plus watersports, horse riding etc. Malaga city is about 20 mins drive, and has alot of historical buildings, old forts & castles etc, and museums too. Nerja further along the coast past Malaga has a wonderful cave system worth seeing, and in the opposite direction near Estepona is Selwo adventure park - a great day out. Tivoli World in Arroyo de la Miel, 5 mins drive, is a large amusement park with live shows, day & night.

Notes: A Jacuzzi is included, and the villa has numerous terraces, and awnings which can be closed for shade. There is also a Pergola to sit under on the top garden terrace with wonderful views, & a roof terrace / solarium. There is a private gated drive with plenty of secure parking. The villa is built on two levels therefore the stairs may be a problem for infirm elderly, although there are two bedrooms on the main living level, which is on the same level as the swimming pool & 2 main terraces.

GOLF: Mijas Golf is very well known and is only 15 mins drive Benalmadena has two golf courses, both 5 mins drive Marbella Golf & Country Club is approx. 25 mins drive San Roque is approx. 45 mins drive There are too many golf courses within easy drive to mention - spoilt for choice !

We only stayed 5 days but we were suprised by the facilities in the villa. We enjoyed the quality of the accommodation including a first class pool and lovely gardens.The views are stunning.

Excellent villa to rent. We were concerned about booking a villa on line when you only have photos etc but the accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was clean modern, and the views were immense. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
