Welcome to Da Casa a Casa, our home from home. In our opinion this is one of the best areas to stay in Barbados, away from the hubbub and traffic of the West coast but minutes from the sea and beaches of the East coast.The villa is a newly completed house with private pool situated in a small development near Six Roads on the unspoilt east coast of Barbados. The house has been finished to a high standard and has all the accommodation and facilities needed to ensure that visitors can relax and enjoy this beautiful island. The well equipped kitchen contains all the facilities you would expect to have at home. All three bedrooms are air conditioned with good storage and the master suite consists of a large dressing area and en-suite bath/shower room. There is a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lounge is airy with a 40+ foot vaulted ceiling and fans. This leads out to a terrace where you can watch the sun go down whilst overlooking the pool and lawned and well stocked garden.

This villa is situated on the idyllic and tranquil eastern side of Barbados about 300m from Six Cross Roads Less than 5 minutes walk away, you can find banks, post office, supermarket, gas station and good shopping. A 5 minute drive will take your to the beaches of Foul Bay and the renowned Crane Bay ( top 10 beaches in the world ). If you want the best beach on the island, then Bottom bay is a 15 minute drive. Take the BBQ with you ! A 10 minutes drive, will take you to the popular St Lawrence Gap renowned for its thriving nightlife, numerous bars and restaurants. It might be tranquil on the East coast, but its only a 30 minute drive to Barbados' capital - Bridgetown, where one can enjoy a Jolly Roger Day Cruise, visit the Mount Gay Rum Tour and enjoy the Atlantis submarine.

  • PLEASE ASK FOR LONG TERM RATES .... Over a month £400-£500 a week ... Over 2 months £350-£450 a week.
  • I will require a returnable breakage / cleaning deposit of £500. This can be paid by credit card, cheque, wire transfer or paypal. The deposit will need to be paid prior to departure.

    Obviously some accidents are unavoidable, so use of the deposit is very infrequent. If you have small children with you I would appreciate it if you could bring mattress protectors with you. This is one area in which I will have to use deposit money for the specialist cleaning if accidents occur
  • We have arranged discount with Stoutes Car Rental. You can assume you can reduce the on-line price by up to 28% ( Depending on season - Min 15% ). My name should be mentioned when renting. Also, if you need a 2nd house then I can arrange for the house next door to be available as well.

Notes: Bed linen, bathroom and beach towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with ample crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils. There is a large oven with hob and grill, and the large fridge freezer has an integral water and ice dispenser. There is a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. In the lounge there is an large LCD flat screen TV, multi-region DVD player bring DVDs with you), stereo with Ipod / USB input and Multi Choice TV (satellite channels). Our housekeeper (who is Bajan but from East Ham!) lives opposite will meet you on arrival at the house and is on call for questions and queries. There is wireless internet access available in the house at no extra charge. VPN access is open on the firewall. Please make sure you read our house and area guide as it contains important information that will make your holiday smooth and enjoyable!

The house was everything it was advertised to be. The owner went far beyond expectations to make the transition from home to vacation as easy as possible! There was construction on the street but the disturbance was minimal. The house is located close to a grocery store which made things easy. The pool was nice and the landscaping was absolutely beautiful.

What a Fantastic stay we had at this villa..
The house was fabulous inside and out.. had all the mod cons needed to make your stay and holiday more enjoyable ( eg dishwasher so no fighting who will be washing up etc...)
the outside was very well maintained and as for the pool well what a godsend.. was used on a daily basis and sometimes was hard to get the kids out.
The locals are all very friendly ( even the builders ) only a short walk from a lovely supermarket/garage/fast food take away/ video rental shop etc..
Bus stops at the bottom of the road and this is an experience you must try...
We will definitely be back again and will have no doubts about this villa at all. Lets hope the villa wil have vacancies!!!!

Spent 2 weeks here in July... what can i say but ''Fantastic ''. . The pool was Fab and well used throughout. The villa has everything you would expect to use on a holiday and we will certainly be back. We were 2 families staying here with 3 girls and they also loved it.. The locals all very friendly ( even the builders !! ) a short walk from supermarket and bus stops just at the end of the road and this is an experience you have to try !
