This home is regarded as a ‘Premier Property’ by local agents, owing to its size and very high standard of finish. Its delightful rear aspect overlooking the lake and exceptional furnishings makes this home extremely desirable. Cable with 42” plasma TV, DVD are all standard in this property which is a short drive from a choice of several of the most beautiful beaches in South West Florida. The world famous white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island, Sarasota Bay & Longboat Key are only a 20minute drive away. Here one can spend the day swimming, fishing or sampling the many local watersports in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Or maybe just lazing on the beautiful white sands. In addition to the championship River Strand golf course on which the villa is located, there are several golf courses nearby for a more athletic vacation. If shopping is your idea of a holiday, this area is ideal. There are numerous shops and malls in Bradenton and Sarasota plus one of the largest outlet malls in Florida only 15 minutes drive away at Ellenton. There is also the exquisite St Armands Circle just outside Sarasota for those with the taste for expensive boutiques and restaurants. For those who require recharging their batteries at a theme park, Busch Gardens is under an hour’s drive away and the various theme parks of Orlando are only a 90 minute drive.

Notes: The rental cost of the villa includes provision of all bedding plus bath, beach and tea towels. There is an assortment of pool toys, fishing rods with tackle and bait box, a cool box and there are several beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Baby cots and high chairs are bookable at a fee. (This service must be ordered at the time of booking) At the centre of the community there is a play area, volleyball net, basketball hoops and community pool - an ideal place for children and adults to make new friends. For your safety whilst in the house there are two fire extinguishers and the fire detectors are wired up centrally to the alarm system. Golf Membership : It is possible to transfer golf membership at River Strand for 4 players (2 adults and 2 children) The fee for this is £250 and allows an unlimited number of rounds. Included in this rate is full access to the River Strand Clubhouse, a magnificent facilty which includes a full sized resistance swimming pool, tennis courts, spa, fitness and wellness centre, bar and a fine dining restaurant. You play golf, the ladies enjoy a day of pampering.........that's the first argument resolved!!!!

Pool Heat: The pool comes with a thermal cover which keeps the heat at around 64 degrees. There is also an overide electric water heater but there is a charge for this of $150 per week payable locally.

Guest Feedback: Robin, loved the property in particular the very comfortable living room. The greens at River Strand G.C. were the most challenging that we have yet encountered! Just returned from a week in this beautiful villa. It is a real home from home with everything you could want. Very spacious with lovely furnishings. Quiet area with a great outlook from the pool. Couldn't have asked for more. Good comunication with owner. Definately recommend.

The villa is beautifully furnished and in a great location. We have stayed in the Heritage Harbour area several times now and it is a great location for visiting Tampa, St Petersburt, Orlando, Sarasota. Would definitely stay again in this villa.

What a lovely holiday home this was, immaculate, very spacious (even for 2 families with 4 adults and 3 children two of them teenagers!) the pool area was fantastic with a great view of the wildlife on the lake and the community itself was quiet and private but you felt very safe with its gated areas. The house itself was very luxurious with very tasteful decoration and state of the art living and had the added bonus of a fantastic pool table which we had many a competition on after a long day at the beach!
The house was very convenient for all the main shops including a big Walmart just minutes away and all the designer shops at Ellenton. We visited a wonderful beach and pier at Anna Maria which you cant visit without eating on there, fresh seafood served up while you are watching the dolphins! The golf on the community is second to none, the people are so friendly and the courses are superb. We were so impressed that we are in the process of hopefully booking for the same time next year.
