Villa "ROY" is a three bedroom, three bathroom villa with a pool. This charming villa is located in the countryside of Vitet, St Barts and offers a very nice view over Grand Cul de Sac and the lagoon.

The villa has just been totally renovated and redecorated. The living room opens onto the terrace and offers comfortable sofas to relax on. Next door, the Master bedroom also opens onto the terrace. It offers an elegant décor and modern amenities. The second bedroom offers the same amenities as bedroom 1, and is also very refined. The third bedroom is located downstairs, and offers the same amenities as the other two bedrooms. The kitchen is located in a separate cottage, which also opens onto the terrace. It is well-equipped with modern, stainless appliances. It shares the room with a nice dining area, which opens onto the view.

The new, large teak terrace surrounds the pool and faces the view. It features deckchairs for sunbathing, and a covered living area for enjoying the view.

This villa is constantly blessed by a nice ocean breeze, and offers sun exposure all day. It is ideal for a family or friends traveling together.
