An excellent 3 bedroom detached holiday villa in Pernera, Protaras Cyprus,with private pool. Only a few minutes by car from Paralimni or Ayia napa. Beach within 5 minutes walk and numerous bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Water park only 5 minutes away,which is very good for those with young children. This area is without a doubt probably the best in Cyprus. It has beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue sea. You can make this holiday whatever you want it to be from adventurous and getting involved in water sports to just taking it easy by the pool. There are plenty of shops and eating places that you will never have to eat in the same place twice. Truly it will be one of the best holidays you ever experienced

Through patio doors at back is the swimming pool with loungers and space for kids to play. There is also a shower for use with swimming pool. Living room has large L shaped leather sofa with TV and DVD player. Dining area has a large table and six chairs. Kitchen has cooker, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

Notes: Sunset villa No 25 is just recently completed and although seems very unfurnished at the moment by the end of February 2008 it will be completely fitted out. It is situated in an excellent location only a few minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants. Even with its close proximity to all these facilities it is in a very quiet area. Far enough away from main road for peace and quiet. Bus route is at end of street.

.....was a very enjoyable one.One of the main reasons for this was the wonderful villa.We have rented before and this was definately the best ever.Andrew the owner was very helpfull but not at all pushy.Our 3 kids loved the private pool and our 4 yr old can nearly swim now.I would highly recommend this villa and the lovely area it is in.

A lovely Holiday Villa

If you want a hassle free holiday this is the villa to stay at.
The villa is decorated and kitted out to a very high standard.
The pool is an abosolute godsend in the August Cyprus Weather.
Within a 3 minute walk you have plenty Bars/Resturaunts to choose from all offering top quality food.
Or you can sit out by the pool in the evening and chillout with a nice pint of Keo Beer.
The Owner Andrew is a pleasure to deal with. Responding to emails very quickly .
Had a great Holiday and we were all upset to leave.

Got to stay in this villa last week as the first guest and it was superb.The furnishings have been put in with no expense spared.
Reall have to reccommend it.
