Excellent 3 Bedroom with private pool.

An excellent 3 bedroom detached holiday villa in Pernera, Protaras Cyprus,with private pool. Only a few minutes by car from Paralimni or Ayia napa. Beach within 5 minutes walk and numerous bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Water park only 5 minutes away,which is very good for those with young children. This area is without a doubt probably the best in Cyprus. It has beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue sea. You can make this holiday whatever you want it to be from adventurous and getting involved in water sports to just taking it easy by the pool. There are plenty of shops and eating places that you will never have to eat in the same place twice. Truly it will be one of the best holidays you ever experienced

There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

Notes:

Sunset villa No 25 is just recently completed and although seems very unfurnished at the moment by the end of February 2008 it will be completely fitted out. It is situated in an excellent location only a few minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants. Even with its close proximity to all these facilities it is in a very quiet area. Far enough away from main road for peace and quiet. Bus route is at end of street.
