This holiday home is located just 5 minutes drive south of Torrevieja and is ideal for family, sun, golf or beach vacations. Many booking discounts are available. The property is a 2-story house, fully furnished including linen/towels, and will cater for up to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms with full air-conditioning, a family bathroom with shower, a separate kitchen and a separate downstairs WC. The property has 3 sun terraces, one at the entrance to the property, a large one off the second bedroom and a large sun deck on the roof with table, chairs and light. The southern aspect of the property is also ideal for making the most of the sun decks. There are also 2 large communal pools and a grass park for the sole use of the houses in this section of La Cinuelica. Street parking is abundant, only a few steps away and free of charge.

Notes to the rental rates

• Deposits
  25% deposit paid 5 days after booking placed. Payment in full required 4 weeks before start of rental.
  £100 breakage deposit is required at booking stage. This deposit will be returned in full once the Manager of the property has verified no breakages (within 2 days of departure). Should you cancel the breakage deposit will be returned immediately in full.
  
• Additional costs:
  There is a compulsory €50 cleaning cost which is payable on arrival at the property to Karen or Bruce. This covers a full clean of the property, used linen and towels following your departure. Should you also wish a full clean during your stay this can also be arranged upfront or with Karen on arrival at the property.
  The meet-and-greet and key return services are free between 8am and 8pm local time, otherwise there is a €15 charge per meeting payable locally to Karen or Bruce on arrival at the property. Both meetings will be at the property
  
• Arrival and departure:
  The latest the house will be availably is 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please contact us if your arrival will be earlier than 4pm and we will do our best to accommodate this. The property must also be vacated by 10m on the day of your departure to allow a full clean.

Additional services

There is a full meet-and-greet service at the property where you will be shown the house and it’s facilities. You will be met by Karen or Bruce, who are both English and living within walking distance so if you have any questions feel free to ask them. They are also contactable if there are any questions or problems you have during your stay. A welcome pack can also be booked which includes basic food and drinks for your arrival if you have a late flight.

Local markets and shopping

Torrevieja boasts one of the largest open air street markets in Spain. It is set up in the vicinity of the bus station every Friday, and people come from miles around to pick up a bargain or to buy fruit and vegetables fresh from the farm. Local handcrafts can also be purchased in the numerous stalls set up along the Paseo de la Libertad. The most typical local handcrafted products are salt boats, the frames of which are immersed in the saltflats where, after a certain time, these tiny vessels become encrusted with white salt crystals. The indoor market is open daily for fish, fruit, vegetables and fresh meat and is situated in the centre of town. Each evening, close to the harbour, you will find the craft market where you can buy hand made Jewellery or maybe some carved art from Africa or even some leather goods at a fraction of the price at home. The town boasts all kinds of commercial establishments, ranging from large hypermarkets to small shops.

For the children

Aquopolis Water Park in Torrevieja is a great day out for all the family. It has rapids, Kamikaze & Zig Zag water slides. Wave pool, swimming pools & infants pool. Jacuzzi, mini golf, restaurant, cafeteria & lots more. This fun water park is a great place to visit when the sun is beating down, taking a dip in the pools is the only thing that will cool you off. The life guards keep an eye on what’s going on making sure everything runs smoothly. You have the option to bring food and drink with you, or you can use the existing bars and restaurants (fast food), on the premises. Kids love it. A small, permanent fun fair has its home just off the Promenade too. Indiana Bill's is a children's soft play park that has been specially designed and created for all children aged 12 and under. They have 2 separate soft play areas that will challenge the skills of climbing, crawling, jumping and sliding all within an air-conditioned environment.

Golf Information:

There are 4 championship courses within a short drive of the house. Villamartin, Campamour, Las Ramblas and La Finca, plus the exclusive golf and sports complex of La Manga 30 minutes away.
