FAMILY VILLA ON A LARGE LEVEL PLOT WITH SEA VIEWS. fantastic 5 Bedroom - 5 Bathroom Modern Villa Near to the Beautiful beaches of Estepona. A lovely spacious villa set in lush tropical walled gardens that are surrounded by many trees. There are terraces and shaded seating areas, a Jacuzzi and a large pool ... relax in the shade or cool down in the refreshing water of the pool. The Villa is spacious light and modern and decorated to a high standard, there are 2 lounge areas to relax and a large dining room. There is a games room with table tennis and pool table. Also a bar area inside the villa. The pool is a great size and has sun loungers and BBQ area, the gardens are on a level plot with sea views.

The nightlife is very good in Costa del Sol with a great choice of clubs, bars and resturants to go to and be seen. The beaches here are only minutes away from the villa, with miles of white sand and beautiful clear blue sea's, chiringuitos (beach bars) and water sports, there are plenty of sun loungers to relax on all along the beach. Street Markets are a great place to have a look round and pick up a few bargins.

We stayed here last year (sorry late review) 9 of us stayed. Garden pool area ideal for families with young kids. Enclosed garden area and safe to let the kids run about. Pool clean and well postioned. Villa had everything we needed from a separate TV room....ice making fridge...games and toys ...to its own bar downstairs in the basement..etc. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Villa itself felt very safe and secure. Estepona port 10 mins drive away where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Supermarkets too for food and stockpilng.
