From the pool there is an uninterrupted 180 degree (south & west facing) view towards the sea, the Sierra Bernia mountains and many hectares of vineyards as well as to the famous landmark mountain of Jávea - Montgó (with the 'elephant head'). The property is situate above Benitachell village some 5-10 min from numerous beaches between Moraira & Jávea on the Costa Blanca and offering easy access to the airports of Alicante and Valencia as well as to the theme and water park attractions referred to below. The three bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. There is a fully fitted open-plan kitchen with adjacent large dining area as well as separate sun lounge. SKY 'free-to-air' TV programmes, BBC Radio 2 & 4, Classic FM etc.; a DVD/CD player is provided.

There is a returnable security deposit (£250/400) depending on length of stay and payable with the rental balance. Nominal laundry charge of Euro 8.00 pp/per week and a single contribution to final cleaning of Euro 45.00. Deposit approx. one third on signature of agreement; rental balance & security deposit payable 6 weeks before arrival. A cot and highchair can be supplied at no extra charge. Very special competitive car-hire rates available to us via the region's No.1 Company and whose HQ is nearby - please ask for tariffs before booking a car elsewhere. Rental rates, when flexibility of change-over dates is applied, will be calculated pro-rata on the rates for the period. Long term lets are normally welcome during the off-peak/winter season and are subject to negotiation.

The villa may or may not be occupied on the upper floor by the owner and his wife but in any event it is confirmed that at all times the patio/terrace, bar, BBQ and pool remain the exclusive domain of the clients (all these features are at the same level as the rented accommodation and clients’ privacy is thus assured.) All guests will receive a free welcome food pack, including bread, butter, marmalade, milk, tea, coffee, fresh fruit and bottled water, cava and wine. Previous clients have oft commented that the owners are great fun, enormously helpful and hospitable ... as well as quiet !

The completely self-contained accommodation is approx. 5 min drive from the beaches, supermarkets & marina at Moraira and 15 mins from the beaches, supermarkets, town & port of Jávea. The picturesque village of Benitachell is a 15-min. stroll. Sunsets and the night views of the illuminated village & church of Benitachell are spectacular. We are ideally located for golf courses (see below). A car is essential (very special competitive car-hire rates are available to us via the region's No.1 company - please ask for tariffs before booking). This modern villa, with first class accommodation, comprises three bedrooms each with en suite shower, basin & toilet facilities. Bedroom 1: 5' double bed, Bedroom 2: two 3' single beds, Bedroom 3: 4'6 double bed. Each bedroom has capacious built-in wardrobes. Optional extras include an additional 3' single bed, which would fit into Bedroom 2. A cot & highchair can be supplied at no charge. The large dining area seats eight people.
A spacious fully fitted open-plan kitchen is fitted with fridge/freezer, new oven, electric hob, microwave and dishwasher is fully provided with new crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils... The washing machine is located separately. Spacious enclosed sunroom/lounge with comfortable armchairs. All internal rooms have fans and windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Gas fired central heating radiators are installed in all rooms. Guests have exclusive use of the two large 'sunny-all-day' secluded patios. One with a seating for six at the covered bar. The well-equipped BBQ area (gas provided) offers cooking facilities & refrigerator. The other patio has swimming pool and shaded seating area. There is off-street (private) parking for three cars. The pool is serviced once a week and gardens maintained. Ample sun loungers with new cushions and garden furniture are provided. Animals are not permitted.
GOLF & other nearby features:
We are ideally placed for golf - the nearest, Jávea GC is less than 5 minutes away. A 9-hole course, more difficult than it looks, has superb views of Montgó dominating Jávea (Green fees approx. Euros 70). Towards Denia (c.15 minutes) is La Sella GC, a beautiful 18-hole course. Further afield (c.35 minutes) new course at Oliva (18-holes, designed by Ballesteros) & south of Valencia, the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler. OTHER FEATURES: The theme park TERRA MITICA is within easy motoring distance (a short hop down AP7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia (swim-park; website available on request) and MundoMar (dolphins) outside Benidorm. The fabulous new Science & Oceanographic (5000 different fish) parks at Valencia make a spectacular day's outing.
