The property is clean and well maintained. The location is excellent for those who like quietness, walking, cycling or gliding. I would not recommend it for large families that have young noisy kids as the neighbors continuously complains. The customer service is quite good.
Owner's Response: Overall I welcome what is essentially a positive review.I would agree that it is not the place for young noisy kids, what place is?. It's just that it is a strange comment from someone, for whom we made an exception to bring a larger number of people that recommended. If the neighbours didn't complain, there would be reason for concern.

Perfect appartment in Bluffy

The Appartment:

It is a Penthouse with a magnificent living room. A perfect place to relax on the fireside during winter and to watch the changing colours of the lake during summer time. Well designed and equipped interior as you normally see it in design magazines.

During winter:

It takes 20 minutes to go to La Clusaz or Grand Bornard. These are two wonderfull skiing resorts. Bluffy during wintertime is a pitoresque and romantic village within the mountains.

During summer:

It takes 5-10 minutes to go to the most beautiful beaches of the Lac d ´Annecy which are located in Menthon, Talloires or Veryier du Lac. During summer Annecy downtown may be too hot, too crowded and too noisy. The stay in Bluffy is the perfect escape!

We had a great holiday here in 2008. The apartment is spacious and the views are great. We had our 1 year old girl with us and that was no problem as there is a lift and parking. The area is fantastic as there is lots to do - too many to mention.

We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely apartment and the local lady cleaning the apartment was very nice and helpful if we needed anything. We were a family with young kids and they loved it. We do alot of cycling and rock climbing so the location was fantastic. There is a beautiful Chateau down the road. My only suggestion is that the kitchen could have more cooking equipment, bowls etc and that the property is not very near the lake as it suggests in the description, it is very steep access You could walk from the lake but it takes at least 45 mins coming back up.
