A newly refurbished 2 bed Beach front apartment for your holiday home in the sun with direct access to the beach and private parking. The apartment consists of open plan living area with new fitted kitchen opening out onto large balconies with stunning views of the bay. The double bedroom is also at the front and has the same views facing the sea there is a smaller single bedroom with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes, a separate shower room and toilet. The apartment has recently been refurbished and is now ready for summer and winter vacations. New photos coming by the end of July. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is not suitable for chrildren under 10 years old.

Located between the sandy beaches of St Cyprien and Canet en Roussillion is this 5th floor 2 bed roomed apartment has direct views of the beach with a backdrop of the Albers and Collioure in the distance. Built on the first line there is nothing between you and the Mediterranean but sand. The apartment is within walking distance of the marina and plenty of shops and café bars. There is a typical French market every Tuesday and Friday morning that lines the promenade next to the beach. The bustling St Cyprien marina is also a great place to visit where a choice of water sports and boat trips are available. The mountains are just a 1hr drive away, Collioure and Argeles just a 15 minute drive away. A perfect location for a family holiday or a romantic break.

Ski: Winter in the sun brings skiing in the Pyrenees and Christmas is well catered for with plenty of celebrations to enjoy. Perpignan the city of kings is well worth a visit, a city steeped in history and culture. Gerona is good for the all-important retail therapy and Figueres is home to the Dali museum and some great Tapas bars.

Golf: St Cyprien international Golf course is within walking distance as is the children’s surf school. Canet en Rousillion is famous for its water sports and long stretch of sandy beach. St Cyprien has held the coveted blue flag award for cleanest beach for many years. Beach restaurants are dotted along the sands during the summer months offering good food, shade and sun beds. A perfect place for a family holiday with so much going on and Spain just a 20min drive away.

We stayed at this apartment for a week in august 2009 and it was absolutely wonderfull. The appartment is so near to the beach that you can not miss the smell of the sea. You must not miss seing the sun coming up, it's absolutely wonderfull. The apartment is great, but we spend most of our time at the balcony. It is a place for relaxing and having a wonderfull time, try it.
