The villa is situated just outside Algorfa, 30 mins south of Alicante and about 10 min north of Torrevieja. It is a spacious detached villa in a quiet residential area, with all extras to make for a very comfortable stay. The lovely communal pool is a few steps away. The porch area is great for dining al fresco, the large roof terrace is the perfect place to top up the tan and there is a balcony outside the 2 first floor bedrooms. The villa sleeps 6 and the 3 bedrooms can be configured into doubles or singles. There is one bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor. The kitchen is well kitted out with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, iron, and leads easily into the dining/lounge area. All bedrooms and the lounge have air-con. By car, the shops are within 2 min, the beaches with 15 min, a superb golf course is within 5 min, the lovely market town of Rojales is within 10 min, the larger party town of Torrevieja is also within 10 min.

Nearest Beach: Guadamar at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Golf: La Finca at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Restaurant: La Taverna at 150 Metres

The nearest local amenities are in Ciudad Quesada a 2 min drive where you have everything from your pint of milk, to your hairdresser, to your pint of beer. The larger town of Torrevieja is 15 minutes drive which has restaurants and nightlife for everyone plus all sorts of daytime activities including boat trips and water sports. Rojales is the picturesque market town 10min the other way. If you are prepared to travel 40min in the car there are amusement parks, theme parks and aqua parks all to be found further north. The wonderful beach of Guadamar is 15 minutes due east, with miles of white sand. For a more rugged coastline head south to Torrevieja that has several smaller beaches. The slightly further beach and marina of San Polo is also well worth the drive. Golf courses are everywhere, the nearest one is the superb La Finca course at only 5min drive. Several other course are in Villamartin 20min south. Other activities in the area include equestrian, rock climbing and cycling
