Due to high demand, we require a 40% non-refundable deposit at booking. For summer and Xmas/New Year lets, we require that the full-amount is paid at least 3 weeks in advance. Sadly, cancellations after that period cannot be refunded if the villa is not re-let for that booking period. If the villa is re-let for that period, your payment less the 40% deposit will be refunded.
