A beautifully decorated 1-bedroom apartment in the prestigious Neptune Building right on Nice harbour. Great views of sea and harbour from the balcony. This apartment not only has a wonderful location in Nice, it also has all the amenities you could hope for: air conditioning, high-speed internet, satellite TV, basement parking, lift, and seaview balcony. Floors are newly laid in teak, the fitted kitchen is brand new too. On the harbour there is no traffic so it is quiet enough to hear the clanking of the boat masts. The living room and kitchen are flooded with light and both open onto the good-sized balcony where you can eat and relax in the sun, or bring down the awning. The area is full of restaurants, shops and markets. Airport pick-up can be arranged too.

Nearest Airport: Nice at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Nice at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: A7 at 6 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
This is a wonderful Nice location, a walk away from everything, but not in one of the noisy locations like the Promenade des Anglais. The harbour is a quiet part of town and full of great places to eat, markets, and the beach is just round the corner. Going the other way, Villefranche is 5 minutes away. You don't need a car to see all of Nice from this apartment, but if you have one you can explore the rest of the Cote d'Azur, from Monte Carlo to St Tropez. Parking is difficult in Nice so you will be glad to have use of the basement car park.
