| Notes: | The house is south facing .There is a large modern Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave & all equipment., spacious Lounge- TV DVD etc, Dining room with seating for 6 (plus area used as Bedroom 2) , glazed Sun-room to pool area. Terraces surround pool leading to a large garden, pergola and dining facilities, BBQ. The finca is cool in summer & warm in winter. There are fans for comfort available. The master bedroom has en suite bathroom. There is a rotating clothes dryer in the garden. There is no telephone. The swimming pool is 8x4, unheated and accessed by stainless steel steps at depth of 90cm - 2m 20cm. Shaded parking is available in the drive under large Palm and Pepper trees. The drive is gravelled and gated. External security lights and social lighting surround the finca. Occasionally the owner is on site but renters have a separate entrance and use of all facilities is unimpeded. and renters are not overlooked please ask for details. |
Long stay up to 4 weeks
The Costa Blanca is a popular destination for long stay holidays, especially with golfers ,cyclists and walkers. There are 10 good golf courses within 1 hour radius. The valley and surrounding mountain ranges are a climbers and walkers paradise. Many walks /climbs are offered by local British and international clubs and guests are very welcome. Full details on request. Reservations of up to 4 weeks are welcomed and attract a discount. Please ask for discount rates before booking. For long rentals a charge is levied for services.
Reservation Procedure
Contact advertiser for availability. Request and Complete booking form. The Deposit of 30% is payable on reservation. Balance of 70% is payable 10 weeks before start of holiday. Late Bookings, payment in full is required on reservation. A Refundable Security Deposit (in cash- euros) is payable on arrival. Full refund of security deposit is normally made on departure where no breakage or damage has occurred. Where breakage or damage has occurred a deduction will be made commensurate with repair and /or replacement costs. Laundry charges are payable at end of reservation.
'Get away from it all' holiday at Los Zorros
For people wanting to simply relax there is no need to hire a car for shopping,entertainment,eating out, as the village is within easy walking distance. Everything can be bought in Jalon from a newspaper to a precious antique. There are a number of quality Take- aways- Indian, Spanish,Chinese, English Fish & Chips to name but a few. Roast Chickens are availble every day as are Paellas. There are Spanish & English 'open all hours' provision shops,international newsagents,wine & spirit bodegas, banks,confectionary shops and fresh fish is available in the local Mas y Mas supermercado. The best hairdressing outside London(man &woman), Sports hall, Pilates classes ,Riding, Bars with and without entertainment, alfresco dining and Coffee bars. Summer is fiesta time and in the autumn the area buzzes with the grape harvest and wine treading in nearby Maserof . To 'chill out' there is no place better than beautiful Jalon,and no better location than Los Zorros, a hidden gem on the town's fringe.
