Situated on the second floor of a small building the apartment offers an ample and well equipped kitchen, a living room, the bedroom and the bathroom. Appartamento Renata is an ideal location for those who wants to enjoy a wide variety of excursions, including walking in the mountains or visit the famous villas in Tremezzo (Villa Carlotta), in Bellagio (Villa Melzi) and in Lenno (Villa del Balbianello). You can may even fancy your chances at the famous golf course.

Menaggio is centrally located between lakes and mountains, and therefore ideal as a staring point for all kinds of excursions. From the esplanade with all its beautiful flowers you have a beautiful view over the main part of the lake. Nobiallo is a typical fishing village with alleyways leading to the lake. The parish church of S. Bartolomeo and Nicolao has a tilted church tower.
