This wonderful villa is perfect for larger parties wishing to holiday together. Its unique design of 2 bedrooms within the main house adjoined by a self contained 2 bedroom annex ensures privacy for separate families. Overall very well equipped and comfortably furnished ensuring a high standard of self catering accommodation. All bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms with 'king size' power showers provide a real touch of luxury! The large open plan lounge and dining area is airy and light and leads to a charming gallery bedroom where a further 2 people can be accommodated. To the outside, the pool is surrounded by large mature gardens giving plenty of space for children. The terrace areas are extensive with sunbathing facilities and a BBQ area. Towards the house is a shaded patio area with garden furniture and room for 'al-fresco' dining. The location is perfect for peaceful 'get away from it all' holidays, although the beach and amenities are only a short driving distance away.

The villa is located in a small typical village and offers peace and quiet and wonderful views of the local countryside and sea. The main village of Vila Nova de Cacela offers a selection of restaurants to suit all tastes, friendly bars and a range of shops including, butchers, bakers, mini markets as well as a daily market selling fresh produce. This is around 2 minutes away by car. The nearest beach around 5 minutes away by car is that of Manta Rota where you will find expansive white soft sand, blue flag standards and facilities. There are local shopping facilities nearby to the villa which will supply a few provisions and can be reached on foot. The wider area boasts historical places of interest, shopping and water parks/zoos within easy travelling distance by car.

Please email us to enquire about availability. Should you then wish to book this villa, we will ask for 20% deposit to secure the dates with the balance being payable at least 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable house deposit will also be requested.
Changeover day is flexible. We usually stipulate arrival time as 4pm and departure time as 10am to allow preparation for your stay. However, this can be reviewed to accommodate your needs and in accordance with other guests.

Pool heating - the pool has heating which can be arranged only in advance of your stay. There is an additional charge for this of £50 per week.

TAVIRA TOWN
When staying in the area, a visit to Tavira is essential. This famous & beautiful town is located in the heart of the Eastern Algarve only 30km from Faro Airport and 30 km form the Spanish border. From the apartments, approximately 6km. As one of the region's oldest and most attractive areas, you cannot fail to be enthralled by its charm, character and tranquillity. Once known as the capital of the Algarve, you'll see an abundance of history - a Roman bridge links the 2 parts of the town across the River Gilao, its sides decorated with traditional old bars and restaurants. As well as viewing the many fine C18th building and churches (27 in total!), you can visit the old castle, several monuments and the typical fisherman's harbour leading to the River Formosa Natural Park. There is a wonderful daily market selling fresh home grown produce, and the local beach of Tavira accessible by small ferry boat and boast excellent facilities and a wonderful holiday atmosphere.
MANTA ROTA BEACH
The Algarve is famous for its wonderful sandy beaches and the beach of Manta Rota is no exception. Travel time by car is around 5 minutes. A good range of facilities is offered including snack bars, sun beds for hire and a wonderful holiday atmosphere amongst golden sands and the rolling Atlantic Ocean. There are a number of other beaches in close proximity and all worth a visit! Praia Verde, Cabanas, Altura and Tavira Island are within a 20km radius.
LEISURE AND LOCAL ACTIVITIES
As a 'relaxed' resort, one will not find much to do other than eat, drink and sunbathe, although there are public tennis courts. However, by travelling a little further afield there are a good range of activities within the Tavira district including forest walks, bird watching along the Ria Formosa and horse riding. For those wishing to travel, towards the West there are some excellent shopping centres in Faro as well as the famous Water Parks and Zoo Marine, easily reached by car (around 45 minutes) or by day trip coach. Towards the East, the Spanish border is a mere 10kms away where the delights of another country can be sampled along with wine, Tapas and shopping. The Spanish town of Ayamonte can be reached by bus, train and ferry or by car, Seville is around 175km. Other interesting places to visit are the Castle at Castro Marim, Monte Gordo for the Casino and a little more night-life, Vila Real for shopping to name but a few.
